In the video Richard explains the secrets of success in 8 words:
- Passion: Do it for LOVE not MONEY - usually if you do it for love the money comes anyway.
- Work: Be a work-a-frolic - work hard and have fun in what you do.
- Good: Put your nose down and get damn good at it.
- Focus: Focus yourself to one thing.
- Push:Push yourself - both physically and mentally.
- Serve: Serve others something of value.
- Ideas: Listen, Observe, Be curious, ask questions, problem solve, make connections.
- Persist:Persistance is the number one reason for success.
